Why Theatre?
Theatre facilitates communication and connection in a way that few other mediums can.
As a theatre educator, I've heard students engage in productive discussions about everything from the definition of theatre to the politics of representation.
As a theatre artist, I've experienced the immense privilege of collaborating with talented actors, designers, directors, managers, and technicians to share playful and thought-provoking stories.
As a theatre scholar, I've learned so much from the incredible young people I've worked with...and laughed plenty along the way!
